Joule Assets is a Public Service Commission approved Community Choice Aggregation (CCA) Administrator and provides clean energy program management and services for municipalities throughout New York State. CCA is a regulated program that allows cities, towns, and villages in New York State to source energy supply for their residents and small businesses. These programs offer 100% renewable default electricity supply and community solar subscription services to consumers.
